You agree to hold harmless Sellerator its contractors, partners, employees, or assigns and take full responsibility for your own success.

To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Jon Benson, sellerator.com and/or its affiliates' intellectual property rights, sellerator.com and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Los Angeles County, California. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

Financial Or Income Claims

1. 3X Formulas LLC or Jon Benson makes absolutely NO CLAIM of future income. The testimonials you see on our websites are best-case. Since we cannot control how hard you work (and you have to work hard) or if you follow though at all, we cannot guarantee anything but the quality of our products. You may return them if you are not satisfied. Finally, the fact that we have to include this disclaimer is indicative of the sad state of affairs that becomes lazy-ass people who simply are not willing to do the work required, and who are looking for a free ride. If that's you, we suggest pipe dreams. If you're willing to roll up your sleeves and take ACTION, then you've come to the right place. Thanks.
